We kick off this month’s events on October 1st with Through The Lens presentations by PPC Members John Clarke and Dennis Miller. John will present his new series, “Streets of Paris,” and Dennis will present his new series, “Air Iceland — Photos From the Sky.” 7-8:30 pm / Zoom Only
On October 8th, we will try something completely different! For this meeting, we are asking volunteers to submit an UN-EDITED photo (ideally, in RAW format) to be edited by 2-3 different club members. The edited versions will be shared at the meeting giving us a chance to compare and contrast the different artistic interpretations of the original image. To pull this off, we will need 2-3 volunteer editors and, of course, several folks willing to share their un-edited photos. Please submit your un-edited photo to me at info@princetonphotoclub.org BY END OF DAY, SUNDAY, OCTOBER 5TH. And do let me know if you’re willing to be an editor. Hoping this will be lots of fun! 7-8:30 pm / Zoom Only

On October 15th, we welcome Tom Grimes to our monthly in-person meeting at D&R Greenway Land Trust. Tom will discuss his Sandhogs project, currently on display at The Hutchins Galleries at Lawrenceville School. This project documents the urban miners of New York City who dig and blast through bedrock, laying the foundations for bridges, subways, sewers, and water tunnels. The so-called Sandhogs are the unseen builders of the city’s lifelines, maintaining a tradition of labor, ingenuity, and grit that spans more than a century. 7-8:30 pm / In-Person Only at D&R Greenway Land Trust, One Preservation Place, Princeton 08540
On October 22nd, we will gather online for our Photo Of The Month meeting. You are invited to share your favorite Photo Of The Month by emailing it to info@princetonphotoclub.org as a ~2 MB jpg file. Please be sure to include your name and photo title in the file name, and email your photo no later than 4 pm on the day of the meeting. 7-8:30 pm / Zoom Only
We close out the month on October 29th with an online preview of a fantastic new exhibit at Lakefront Gallery by Rich Armington, JJ Raia, Samuel Vovsi, and John Stritzinger. Lakefront Gallery is located within RWJ Hospital Hamilton, 1 Hamilton Health Place, Hamilton, NJ 08690. 7-8:30 pm / Zoom Only
